What happens during setup?

1. Review your business: discuss the tasks you repeat, your existing tools and the marketing you want to improve.
2. Agree an AI action plan: select a manageable first task and define the information, output and review steps it needs.
3. Configure agreed tools: prepare suitable prompts, templates and standard tool features within your package scope.
4. Practise with guidance: walk through an example so you can adapt the template and check the output yourself.

Your setup includes a business review, an AI action plan, initial prompts and templates, agreed tool configuration and owner training. Complex integrations and software subscriptions are priced separately.

• Customer-reply drafts: use your service area and enquiry process to prepare consistent first responses.
• Social captions: turn approved project notes into a post that sounds like your business.
• Quote follow-ups: prepare friendly wording that invites questions about a quote you have already sent.

For a fictional renovation company, one workflow might be: collect the project notes, prepare a draft scope summary, check it against the original details and then use the approved summary during quote preparation. AI drafts do not replace professional judgment or accurate estimating.

Learn how to review the output.

Good instructions matter, but review matters too. We help you separate known facts from assumptions, check names and dates, remove claims you cannot support and adjust the tone before use. Avoid sharing passwords or sensitive customer details when discussing examples.

You approve business-specific details and marketing content. Connected automations depend on the tools and scope agreed with you; they are not included simply because a template has been created.
